Squared up duality..
Light vs dark .. and the light in darkness and vice versa ..

Pattern for Yin Yang square requires 3 shades of yarn - light, dark and background.

Yin Yang square is as big as 7 round original granny square would be from same yarn using same hook.
Also - last round is just like granny square so it is easier to play mix match and join to any other granny square ;)
